About us
Owner/ Operator Maxwell Hubert. Simply put, grass has always been a large part of my life. From landscaping and farming in middle school/ highschool, to getting my bachleors degree in Plant Sciences + Turf-grass Managment from the University of Rhode Island. I have always had a love for green healthy grass and a manquired property. After all that I spent 4 years on the golf course perfecting my art!

NEW 2026! As we continue to grow, I’m excited to share some great news with you. I’ve recently hired a second applicator, Dan Huften, to help ensure we continue delivering the high level of service you expect. Dan is the former Torrington Country Club Golf Course Superintendent and holds the same supervisor applicators license that I do. With over 27 years of experience in the green industry, there is not many things that he can't do! In fact, he ran this very business over 15 years ago before moving on to the golf industry. He was the one who taught me many of the fundamentals of fertilizing and spraying that we still rely on today.
Dan brings a wealth of experience and takes the same pride, care, and attention with your lawn as I do. I don’t trust many people to work on my customers’ properties, and I’m confident you’ll be in excellent hands with him.
